To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we ask that you take a moment to review our house rules. These guidelines are designed to promote respect, safety, and peace within our community. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

House rules:

• The Premises must not be used for any illegal activity & no illegal substances are permitted on the premises
• No parties are permitted under penalty of £200
• Only registered guests are permitted into the property, under penalty of £100 per guest per day of infringement.
• Smoking is not permitted, under a penalty of £100
• Any pets must be registered for an additional charge, or penalised at £150 per pet
• Early or Late Check-Ins and Check-Outs are permitted with 24 hour notice for an additional fee of £35
• The Fee For The Lost Keys or Keys not returned immediately post check-out is £85
• Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding any deposit and any and all damages will be billed to the guest.
• Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trash can:
• Quiet time after 10.30pm
• No eating or drinking in bedrooms
• Please turn lights & heater off when away or leaving the property
• Furniture is not to be re-arranged
• Guests must lock all doors and windows when out of the property or will be liable for any resultant damage to the property
